 <title>Formation Team Medley + Cha Cha learning clip</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;I don&#039;t know if this is helpful to anyone, but here is the video clip of the recent cha cha grouping that we learned, as well as my notes on the steps for the medley.  Apologies if the notes are confusing, but this is how I learn and what makes sense to me.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Entrance&lt;br /&gt;
Hold 1 count of 8&lt;br /&gt;
Left (1,2)&lt;br /&gt;
Right 3&lt;br /&gt;
Step L, turn R (4)&lt;br /&gt;
RLR (5&amp;amp;6)&lt;br /&gt;
L (7,8)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;R (1,2)&lt;br /&gt;
Step L turn R on L foot (3,4)&lt;br /&gt;
R (5,6)&lt;br /&gt;
L (7,8)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cha Cha&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hold 1, 2, 3, 4 &amp;amp;2&lt;br /&gt;
On 2, 3: pop L knee, pop R knee&lt;br /&gt;
Rock out to L, head looks over, close back to middle (4&amp;amp;3)&lt;br /&gt;
Turn ¼ turn to L, pop R knee, pop L knee (2, 3)&lt;br /&gt;
Lock step (cha) forward w/ LRL (4&amp;amp;4)&lt;br /&gt;
Step R, Step L (2, 3)&lt;br /&gt;
Lock step (cha) forward w/ RLR (4&amp;amp;5)&lt;br /&gt;
Step L (2) (hands on man’s waist)&lt;br /&gt;
Step R, ronde around back w/ L – in back of the man on his L side (3)&lt;br /&gt;
Step back L (4)&lt;br /&gt;
Lunge on R foot – get to man’s R side – grab man’s R wrist w/ R hand – (&amp;amp;6, hold 2, 3)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cross L foot in front, rock back R, step back on L (to side) – 4 &amp;amp;7&lt;br /&gt;
Man’s R hand goes over lady’s head, lady steps in front of man on&lt;br /&gt;
Cross R foot in front, rock back L, step back on R (to side) – 2 &amp;amp;3&lt;br /&gt;
Man uses lady’s L wrist to turn her L 1 ½ turns – 3 step turn to L to face man (4&amp;amp;8)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rock back on R (2,3)&lt;br /&gt;
Cha to R (4&amp;amp;1)&lt;br /&gt;
Rock forward L (2,3)&lt;br /&gt;
Cha to L (4&amp;amp;2)&lt;br /&gt;
Cross over w/ R foot (2,3)&lt;br /&gt;
Rock to R, step back on L foot, collect R foot (1/4 turn to face back of room) (4&amp;amp;3)&lt;br /&gt;
Rock to L, step back on R, collect L (stay facing back) (2 &amp;amp;3)&lt;br /&gt;
Cha to R (4&amp;amp;4)&lt;br /&gt;
Crossover w/ L foot (2,3)&lt;br /&gt;
Cha to L - LRL (4&amp;amp;5)&lt;br /&gt;
Step on R (1/2 turn) (2)&lt;br /&gt;
Step on L (1/2 turn back to face man) (3)&lt;br /&gt;
Lock step forward w/ RLR – ½ turn to L – (4&amp;amp;6)&lt;br /&gt;
Step L, turn R full turn – (2,3)&lt;br /&gt;
Lunge to L (4&amp;amp;7)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Swivel R foot (2,3) // Swivel L foot (4&amp;amp;8)&lt;br /&gt;
Turn to L to “sit” position, L hand loops over man’s head (2,3)&lt;br /&gt;
Hip swivel (4&amp;amp;1) // Stand up, turning to L, L foot ends up crossed in front (2,3)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cha L (4&amp;amp;2)&lt;br /&gt;
Step R, ¼ turn to L (2) // Step L, ¼ turn back to front (3)&lt;/p&gt;
